Briefing Regulations
Briefing Rules & Regulations
Deadline for briefing submissions: August 1, 2010 Briefings submitted after this date will not be considered for presentation.
If you would like to present a briefing during both TCG sessions, you must upload your brief twice.
Briefings will be reviewed on a first come-first serve basis.
Approved briefs will be given only 15 minutes to complete entire presentation.
Times will be assigned for presentation no later than 2 weeks prior to conference start.
Contractor briefs will run from Monday – Wednesday.
Government briefs will present on Thursday & Friday.
Briefs must be submitted online in a .ppt or .pps format. Briefings will not be accepted in any other format.
All videos must be embedded into the .ppt file.
Maximum file for uploaded briefs is 40 mb.
Briefing resubmissions can be received until August 1, 2010. No resubmissions will be accepted after this date. Additional charges may apply if number of pages is different from original submission.
Each briefing submission will be subject to a $50 submission fee.
If you plan on briefing /summiting a briefing please read the following: All briefings must be received by August 1, 2010. We cannot accept any briefing after that date due to Air Force directives (please read below). Due to an Air Force directive effective immediately, the TCG WWR cannot accept Briefings on any of the following types of removable flash media: a. Memory sticks b. Thumb Drives c. Camera flash Memory cards At this time there is No waiver or exemption for accepting briefings on the above media. All other removable storage media not listed above ,e.g. portable hard drives, portable electronic devices, rewritable CD-RW, rewriteable DVD, floppy disks, etc, must be government issued and meet the requirements of applicable directives before they can be utilized. All personal flash media devices such as IPODs or mp3 players and non government issued PDAs included the above are prohibited for use on all Air Force computers. We are sorry for any in convince that this may cause; however, we are an Air force origination and must follow all Air force regulations.
