Briefings

To submit a briefing for presentation, select the appropriate TCG organization from the options on the left.  If you would like to present a briefing during both sessions, you must upload your briefing twice.
 

• Deadline for briefing submissions: August 8, 2008.  Briefings submitted after this date will not be considered for presentation.
• If you would like to present a briefing during both TCG sessions, you must upload your brief twice.
• Briefings will be reviewed on a first come-first serve basis.
• Approved briefs will be given only 15 minutes to complete entire presentation.
• Times will be assigned for presentation no later than 2 weeks prior to conference start. 
• Contractor briefs will run from Monday – Wednesday.
• Government briefs will present on Thursday & Friday.
• Briefs must be submitted online in a .ppt or .pps format.  Briefings will not be accepted in any other format.
• All videos must be embedded into the .ppt file.  For help embedding videos, please click here.
• Maximum file for uploaded briefs is 40 mb.
• Briefing resubmissions can be received until August 8^th.  No resubmissions will be accepted after this date. Additional charges may apply. 
• Briefings submitted for presentation during the Proven Aircraft sessions will be printed 2 slides per page.
• Briefings submitted for presentation during the F-16 sessions will be printed 3 slides per page.
• Each briefing submission will be subject to a $7.50 submission fee along with printing charges to follow:
  
• 7¢ for black & white copies on 20# paper
• 60¢ for color copies on 70# paper 
• 31¢ for black & white fold-out 20# paper
• $2.99 for color fold-out 70# paper
• $125 for tabbed dividers with company name printed
  
  Prices above are per page and will be multiplied by 110 books. 
   
• Revised briefings will not be accepted during the conference.
• All presented briefings will be available for download at the completion of the conference and will be available to conference attendees.  To download the briefings after the conference you will need your registered email and confirmation #.
