Exhibit Booth Registration

On behalf of the Eccles Conference Center we are pleased to be co-hosting the 2008 TCG World Wide Review and want to welcome those Exhibitors that are returning and those that are planning to exhibit at this great show for the first time.
For those returning in 2008, the Registration Process remains the same as last year. All registration for exhibit space will be handled online by clicking on the "Exhibitors Register Here" at the end of this page. First time registrants, please do the same and follow the instructions listed. The cost of each booth is $1,150.00.
As you view the new map for this year, remember that we have added aditional booth space and the booth numbers have changed from last year. Those registrations that have paid by credit card will be assisgned a booth space immedietly upon receipt. If you select the pay by check method of payment, booth space will not be confirmed until we have recieved your check.
Included in the The following information will assist you in determining what is included in the Booth for 2008:
Exhibit Booth Information DISPLAY DELIVERY (DRAYAGE) No Shipments will be received directly by the Ogden Eccles Conference Center. All shipping and receiving (Drayage) will be handled by JP Displays. Please click on JP Display Link on the left side of this page or contact them directly at 801-523-7083 and refer to the 2008 TCG World Wide Review Show.
What is provided ITEMS INCLUDED IN BOOTHS:
- 8' Black/White/Black Back drape
- 3' Black Side drape
- 7" x 44" ID Sign
- 1 - 8',6',4, or cabaret table. Vendor must specify which table in advance. No change outs on show floor.
- 2 - Chairs
- Lead Retrieval System
- One free registration with each paid booth
- 8:00am to 5:00pm Sunday September 7, 2008 (No display may be setup after 5:00pm on Sunday September 7, 2008, a fine of $500.00 will assessed for late setup)
- No Display May be Removed or Dismantled before 3pm on Wednesday, September 10, 2008. Exhibits in hallway must be completely removed by 8 p.m. on Wednesday, September 10th 2008. A fine of $500.00 will be charged for Early Dismantle.
- JP Display Exhibit Services will be On-Site During the Conference
- This Must be Pre-arranged with the Shipping Company of the Contractor's Choice
- The Eccles Conference Center has Pre-Arranged with JP Display and Yellow Freight to be On-Site through Friday, September 12, 2008 to Coordinate Shipments
- Provided from 8:00 a.m. Sunday, September 7 through 3:00p.m. Thursday, September 11, 2008

CANCELLATION Cancellations of Booth Space must be made in writing to receive full refund prior to August 15, 2008. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after August 15, 2008.
