 1)  Who can attend the Worldwide Review?

Anyone can attend the conference however they must register. 

2)  What do the different registrations mean?

U.S. Government Military:  Must have active duty DOD Military ID

U.S. Government Civilian:  Must have current DOD Military ID

Foreign Military Officer:  Must have current Military ID and a FDO Badge from Hill AFB. Uniform required for entrance to Worldwide Review

Exhibitor Affiliated Contractor:  Those supporting exhibitor(s) booth at the Worldwide Review

Non-Exhibitor Affiliated Contractor:  Are not affiliated with any exhibitor at the Worldwide Review

 3)  How much does attendee registration cost?

    • Exhibitor Affilitated Registration:

$120 for Pre-Registration

$200 for Registration After August 15, 2008

    • Non-Exhibitor Registration:

$250 for Pre-Registration

$300 for Registration After August 15, 2008

 4)  What does the registration cost cover?

Conference Attendance

Continental Breakfast (Monday – Friday)

Exhibit Hall Lunch (Monday – Wednesday)

Monday Night Social

Wednesday Night Social

 5)  How can a government employee enter the conference?

Everyone who plans to enter the conference must be registered for security purposes.  Registration must be completed online.  Government civilian employees can request complimentary access.  Access requests will be reviewed by a member of the TCG Planning Committee.  Requests will be granted either full or partial access.

6)  I have been granted partial government access, when can I visit the conference?

Partial registrations are allowed complete access to the conference on Tuesday, September 9th from 1:00 - 5:00 pm. 

7)  The free exhibitor coupon code it is not working?

Coupon codes are a set to expire within 15 days of being issued.  If your exhibitor coupon code no longer works, please click here.

 8)  Registration was completed for someone who is no longer attending the conference?

Registration can easily be changed up to September 2.  Click here and note your name change information.

 9)  I registered online, but never received and email confirmation?

Email confirmations will be sent to the email entered on the attendee information page.  If this email was not correct or did not receive a confirmation click here.

 10)  I need to request a refund, how do I do this?

Refunds will only be issued up to August 15.  To request a registration refund, click here.

11)  I have lost my attendee confirmation number, how do I request a new one?

A new confirmation number can be requested.  Simply click here.
